Once you’ve connected to your social media accounts and purchased a WYP Score product, you can view your scores in the Score Details section.

You can do many things from the Score details section including:

• View a summary of all products run on all dates
• View specific details run for a specific product and date
• Make your scores public
• Purchase a similar product
• Start the Dispute process
• View the status of a dispute

To View a Summary of Your Scores:

1. Click My Scores on the Main menu bar.
2. Click the Main tab.

All of the products you have purchased are displayed. You can see the date and time it was run, the status of the run, and the final score. You can make it public, click to view specifics, or purchase a similar product.

To View Specific Details:

1. Click My Scores on the Main menu bar.
2. Click the Main tab.
3. Locate the row with the score you want to see details about and click View. The Result Details are displayed.
4. View a summary of the analysis on the Overview tab. Click another tab to view specifics about what was analyzed for your social media account.

Each tab corresponds to a social media account. For each account, you can view information about each item that was scored. Each item has a unique ID, the text that was scored, the account name, the date and time of the scoring, the comment for why the item was scored as it was, and a link to start the Dispute process.
